Hot dipped galvanized steel coil
Keywords:
Hot dipped galvanized steel coil
Subcategory:
Galvanized Sheet
Core technology and Characteristics
1. Galvanized steel roll (GI)
Production technology: High-quality steel rolls are immersed in a molten zinc bath using continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology, forming an even and compact pure zinc protective layer on the surface.
Core advantage: Excellent rust resistance. The zinc layer, as an effective physical barrier, can protect the steel substrate from corrosion long. Its corrosion performance can be adjusted according to coating thickness to meet the usage requirements in different environments.
2. Aluminized zinc steel roll (GL)
Production technology: Based on galvanization technology, zinc and steel substrate undergo annealing heat treatment at 500°C and have diffusion reaction, forming a solid Zn-Fe alloy layer.
Core advantage: In addition to excellent corrosion resistance, the alloy layer has outstanding weldability and paint adhesion, aligning with high requirements for subsequent deep processing and surface treatment.
Production capacity
The advanced continuous zinc coating line can steadily produce high-performance galvanized (GI) and aluminized zinc (GL) steel rolls of different varieties and reliable performance, in order to meet global users' increasing needs for construction, automobile, household appliance and other industries.

Shandong Yogia Sheet Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of high-end metal coil products. Equipped with advanced production lines and a skilled technical team, our core products include color-coated steel sheets (color-coated coils), galvanized steel coils, and aluminized-zinc steel coils. We are committed to providing high-quality metal material solutions for the construction, home appliance, and industrial sectors.
We operate fully automated color-coated steel sheet production lines and continuous hot-dip galvanizing/aluminium-zinc coating lines. For instance, our color-coated sheet production line operates at speeds up to 120 meters per minute and employs advanced processes such as “two-coat, two-bake” systems. This ensures exceptional stability and superior performance in surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and coating properties.
Yes. We're happy to provide samples for you to evaluate color, coating, and material. For standard products, we typically offer these free of charge; for custom products, a small fee may apply, which can be applied toward future orders.
Color-coated steel sheets: Typically 0.15mm - 0.8mm thick, with widths ranging from 750mm to 1300mm.
Galvanized/Al-zinc coated coils: Thickness ranges available upon customer request.
We support deep customization of product specifications, including thickness, width, length, coating color, and film thickness.
Delivery times depend on order quantity and product complexity. Generally, standard products can be shipped within 10-15 business days after contract signing. For large-volume or custom orders, we will confirm the precise schedule with you.
We offer both FOB and CIF trade terms, with CIF being the solution we recommend for most clients. Why?
