Color-coated steel sheet, internationally referred to as "pre-coated steel sheet" or "plastic steel sheet", is an ideal new building material that rose rapidly all over the world in the last decades. It is a product made of the metal substrate undergoing surface pretreatment using a continuous unit, covered with various organic coatings or film through roller coating, baked and cured under high temperature. Rich in color and pattern, it is commonly known as "color-coated sheet" or "color sheet".

Core Technology and Advantage

Compared with traditional forming and single spraying process, color-coated sheet is produced by advanced "double coating and double baking" continuous production line, with unit speed up to 120m/min. This process ensures accurate control over chemical pretreatment, primary coating, finishing and baking. The drying oven uses an electrically-heated straight hot air circulating system to ensure the coating quality. Product has an even, stable and ideal coating with strong adhesion, long-lasting and novel color.

Coating type: Polyethylene (PE), silicone modified polyester (SMP), superpolyester (HDP),polyurethane (PU), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), epoxy resin (EP) and acrylic acid coatings are provided to meet the weather fastness and performance requirements.
