Electrostatic powder colored-coated sheet is a kind of high-grade panel produced using advanced coating technology. High-molecular powder coating is directly sprayed onto the metal substrate (i.g.: steel sheet) surface using electrostatic adsorption technology, baked under high temperature, leveled and solidified, forming a compact and solid protective coating.

Electrostatic spraying: Power coating is negatively charged under high-voltage static electricity and evenly absorbed to the positively charged substrate surface.
High-temperature curing: After the coated workshop enters the curing oven, powder is melted, leveled and has cross-linking reaction under high temperature, forming a solid coating.

Color-coated steel sheets: Typically 0.15mm - 0.8mm thick, with widths ranging from 750mm to 1300mm.
